Periods of stress can affect both the condition of pigeons and the balance of their digestive system. Racing, breeding, moulting, transporting birds and changes to the loft routine can all place additional demands on pigeons throughout the year.

Backs TS-7 Ultimate is a complementary probiotic supplement developed to support pigeons during these periods. It combines Bacillus subtilis with electrolytes and dextrose, making it suitable for use after racing, during breeding and the moult, after separating young birds and following veterinary treatment where appropriate.

The powder can be mixed with either drinking water or feed, making it easy to include as part of the birds’ normal management routine when additional nutritional support is required.

Mix one level measuring spoon (approximately 5g) with 1 litre of drinking water or feed for up to 25 pigeons once daily.

Many pigeon fanciers use Backs TS-7 Ultimate before and after racing, during breeding and moulting, following the separation of young birds or after veterinary treatment where additional nutritional support is required. It may also be used for several days when birds are under periods of increased stress.

Typical Feeding Rate

  • 5g per 1 litre of drinking water, or
  • 5g per feed for approximately 25 pigeons once daily.
