Canaries have traditionally been fed on seed mixes based around canary seed, with other ingredients added to provide variety and encourage natural feeding behaviour. Some keepers prefer plain canary seed, while others choose mixed seed blends or recipes without rapeseed depending on their own feeding preferences.
Alongside everyday seed mixes, eggfood is commonly introduced during breeding and the moult when birds have increased nutritional demands. Choose from plain canary seed, mixed canary seed and rapeseed-free blends for everyday feeding, together with eggfood for breeding and moulting.
