Delivery times typically depend on your postcode.
If your order is placed before 2 pm, Monday to Friday, it will usually arrive within 24 hours.
We use DHL Next Day Delivery as our courier service.

Not Home? We Offer Safe Place Delivery
We can also offer to leave it in a safe place if you are at work or out of the home at the time of delivery. This way you do not have to be home to sign for delivery. You can choose this option on the checkout page.
If you do not choose this option then your order will be sent 24 hours signed for service if you ordered before 2 pm on the day of your order Monday to Friday

Incorrect, Damaged Or Non-Delivery
If your order is not delivered please call us or contact us through our phone number or contact form on the contact page. As a family run business we treat our customers with the same respect as our family. As we want you to have the best experience possible.
But mistakes and damages can still happen. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take care of you.
Back Orders
If your order is not in stock and you would like to back order the item. You are more than welcome to do so and we will deliver it as soon as it arrives. This is rare that we do not have items in stock as we are always receiving large orders of seeds of all kinds daily.
Returns
If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations. This is very unlikely as we keep our standards very high, but we would be happy for you to return your order and we will refund you fully.
Your Right To Change Your Mind
It is your consumer’s right to change your mind about products bought from our store. (but this does not include products that have a shelf life of less than 28 days, live bird feeds, or sealed items if they have been opened.
