Regular use of Probac 1000 enhances natural resistance to diseases and harmful bacteria such as coccidian, hexamites, E. coli, candida, and salmonella. It helps prevent intestinal issues, supporting overall health.

Probac 1000 is particularly effective as an electrolyte for pigeons after competitive flights due to its specialised composition. It is recommended to administer Probac 1000 immediately upon their return and the following day.

For optimal results, precise dosage and methodical administration are essential. Each gram (1g) of Probac 1000 contains over 1.5 billion bacteria specific to pigeons, which can colonise the small intestine effectively.

Dosage:

  • Twice a week: Mix 5g of Probac 1000 in 1 litre of water or 1kg of feed for 25 pigeons per day.
  • After antibiotic treatments: Administer Probac 1000 for 3–5 days to restore the intestinal flora.
  • After immunisations (e.g., paramyxovirus, paratyphus, or pox): Use Probac 1000 to minimise adverse reactions and encourage recovery of the intestinal flora.

Yes—generally safe to combine. Avoid mixing in the same water with acids or chlorinated water; stagger doses a few hours apart.

Either works. Use water for quick loft-wide uptake; use feed if you need to limit wastage and ensure measured intake.
