Yes. Pour over grain to lightly coat and mix well. It can be combined with minerals, grit and most feed supplements. Do not add it to drinking water.
Yes. For pigeons and larger animals use 1 tablespoon (10ml) per 1kg of grain, 1–2 days per week, or daily if needed. For small birds use a proportionally smaller amount to lightly coat the seed.
