Yes — offer small daily servings of leafy greens/herbs. During breeding or moult, add a little eggfood/conditioner.
Canaries hull seeds, so expect some husks. Use narrow-port feeders, refresh daily and remove empty husks.
Only sprout seed that is sold for sprouting. Rinse thoroughly, drain well and discard if sour.
Keep cool, dry and sealed, off the floor and out of sunlight. Decant into pest-proof bins and rotate stock.
